With extensive experience gained at RDA South Australia—a region renowned for fostering economic growth and supporting innovation—she specializes in streamlining business processes and cultivating dynamic, high-performing teams.

Senior Chartered Accountant

Danidu joined H&S Partners as a graduate trainee in 2017, quickly immersing himself in small business accounting and individual tax preparation. Through dedication and hands-on experience, he evolved into a skilled accountant, adept at managing complex company tax matters.

Danidu is an Associate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and holds a master’s degree in professional accounting. Driven by a genuine passion for helping small businesses and individuals grow their financial wellbeing with his comprehensive accounting and taxation expertise, Danidu is committed to delivering exceptional service and empowering clients to thrive financially.

Manager - Business Advisory & Senior Consultant

Judith, who joined our firm in early 2018, is a qualified Accountant with years of experience in Tax, Accounting, Auditing, and Banking and Finance.

She handles both individual and corporate clients apart from allocating time to help small businesses to achieve their business goals through cloud computing, software consulting (XERO, MYOB and QuickBooks) and handing internal accounts with her team.

She believes, Accountant plays one of those roles that can really have a positive impact on everybody’s lives, and she thinks it’s a pretty rewarding way to spend her time.

Taxation & Finance Consultant

Poornima has over a decade of experience in banking and finance and has been working at H&S Partners since 2013 as the Tax Consultant and Finance Executive.

She has successfully completed tax preparation course at H&R Block and worked there as a tax consultant in 2014. Also has completed a short course in Bookkeeping – level 2 at Holmesglen Institute, MYOB at Quinlan Consulting and holds Certificate IV in ESL (Employment/Professionals) at Box Hill Institute of Victoria.

At H&S Partners Poor manages overall finance operation including internal accounts, payable/receivable duties etc. and also works as a tax consultant specialised in individual taxes. Poornima enjoys working with the team and adds value to the group as a key member.

Senior Accountant

Oshana joined H&S Partners Public Accountants in 2019 Holding a Master’s degree Professional Accounting majoring in Accounting from the Charles sturt University Australia.

He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Management from the Cardiff metropolitan university UK.

He is also a fully qualified Charted Tax Advisor of Tax institute Australia and an Associate member of the Charted Accountants Australia.

He also a holds AAT(SL) recognition from accounting technician Sri Lanka. He has excellent experience in Management accounting & Taxation where he serves Business clients across wide range of industries including Transport, Cleaning, Retail, Property, Education, Engineering and FMCG Individuals and Sole traders.

Oshana has a keen interest in Tax that drives his passion for learning and growth. He is currently pursuing accreditation as a Chartered Accountant and aspires to further develop his professional and accounting skills to better serve clients in achieving their goals. He takes a hands-on approach with clients and regularly visits clients at their place of business.

Outside of work, Oshana enjoys cricket, weekend drives and spending time with friends.
